When misinformation propagates so much and so fast that it renders good information useless, one is left with negative information as in the quantum world. The laws of nature are apparently pervasive and transferable. While the notion of "negative information" in the real world is easy enough to understand, the translation to the sub-atomic level is difficult to grasp or what this would mean for quantum computing.
I particularly enjoyed the article summary where Jonathan Oppenheim points out
"When it is negative, it turns out that you can get my message without me having to send you any quantum particles, and in fact, we get the corresponding potential for future sending of quantum particles for free."
The possibilities are positively intriguing when you translate that to the real and material world.
